A Graduation of Sorts
02 June, 2009
Dear Ella,
You rock.
Love,
Mom
So we just went from this...![]()
The stupid car bed that I had to rent from the hospital and hated...
To this...
A real car seat! No more of that rented, icky, uncomfortable car bed jack assery.
We had to go into the NICU to have a car seat trial, where she is required to sit in the car seat hooked up to heart and oxygen absorption monitors for ninety minutes to make sure she can withstand the stress of being in an upright position for any length of time. As you can see, my baby passed with flying colors. She is, clearly, a Wonder Woman in the making.
Today? Is a good day.
Ooh! And don't forget to sign up for the contest! There's a Gucci bag on the line after all!

Congrats on your little Wonder Woman!
Mine is 9 years old now, and what a nightmare it was to have her on that monitor with those leads that kept coming off giving us false alarms.
5 months! of intense focus on my part, and worth every minute.
All the best to you and your fabulous little treasure.
